          In view of the statement given by counsel for the appellants, which has been separately recorded the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one.

        Appellant No.1  had deposited a sum of Rs.12,500/- at the time of filing of the appeal. The Registry is directed to refund the said amount to the appellant No.1 along with interest, accrued, if any.
