Delay of 22 days in filing revision is condoned. Vide order dated14.1.2010, notice has been issued limited to Policy Nos.980440771 and 980440646. Only contention advanced by Shri Gupta is that under the terms of both these policies the amount is payable as per the schedule given in para no.(ii) of the grounds of revision. To be only noted that in terms of the order dated 16.7.2009 under challenge, the amount of latter policy being no.980440646 has been allowed to be paid by the Insurance Company as per the schedule. Shri Chadha admits that the amount of another second policy being no.980440771 too is payable as per the said schedule and order of State Commission thus deserves to be modified to that extent. Accordingly, while partly allowing revision, the aforesaid order of State Commission is modified to the extent that payment of the amount of Policy No. 980440771 will also be paid by the Insurance Company as per the schedule. No order as to cost. Payment becoming due under the two policies, if any, will be made by the Insurance Company to the respondent within four weeks from today.
