                   The Decree Holder has made a statement before this Commission that as the compliance has been made in this case and there is nothing due, he does not want to pursue the present execution petition further. His statement to this effect has been recorded separately.

                         In view of above statement of Decree Holder, the present execution petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                        Papers be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
