            At the time of arguments, the matter has amicably been settled.

2.         It is agreed between the parties that towards full and final settlement of claim raised by the respondent/complainant (Sh. Vikas Khattar), the appellants/Opposite Parties shall pay an amount of Rs.25,000/- to the respondent/complainant and on making such payment, the respondent/complainant shall return the machine, in question, to the appellants/Opposite Parties. Let the payment of Rs.25,000/- be made to the respondent/complainant within 7 days from today.

3.         In view of above, this appeal stands disposed of.

4.         Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.

5.         File be consigned to the Record Room after completion.
