ORDER

This revision petition has been filed by the revision petitioners, against the order dated 21.11.2017 passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-I, UT, Chandigarh (in short “the Forum”).

                        Sh.Manish Sharma, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.1/complainant.

                        After hearing Counsel for the parties, we are of the opinion that let the matter be decided on merits by the Forum. We make it very clear that any observation made by the Forum in order dated 21.11.2017 be taken note of when deciding the complaint by looking into evidence produced and the facts of the complaint.

                        In view of above, this revision petition stands disposed of.

                        Parties/their Counsel are directed to appear before the Forum on the date fixed i.e. 27.02.2018.

                        Revision Petitioners/Opposite Parties No.1 & 2 are directed to file their reply and evidence/affidavit on or before the next date of hearing fixed before the Forum i.e. 27.02.2018.

                        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.

                        Complete record alongwith a certified copy of this order be sent to the Forum, immediately, so as to reach there before the date fixed.

                        File be consigned to the Record Room after completion.
