Present: Sh. Jai Kumar Kandara, Advocate, counsel for complainant.

              Sh. Sumit Gupta, Advocate, counsel for OP No.2.

 

                        File taken up today as both the parties have compromised in National Lok Adalat held on 11.11.2016. Learned counsel for the OP No.2 Sh. Sumit Gupta as well as learned counsel for the complainant have given their statements to this Forum recorded separately. As per compromise Op No.2 is ready to pay a lump-sum of Rs. 2000/- within a period of 30 days and the counsel for the complainant is ready to accept the same. Both the parties shall be bound by their statements. As per compromise the OP No.2 is directed to pay Rs. 2000/- within a period of 30 days otherwise complainant shall be at liberty to invoke the jurisdiction of this Forum as per law. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
