          As per the report of registry, notice issued to the respondents No.1 not received back in any form either served or unserved          Again none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. Perusal of record reveals that this has happened for the last consecutive three occasions when neither the appellant nor any authorized counsel on behalf of appellant has caused appearance. This shows perhaps the appellant is not interested to pursue with the present appeal. Case called several times since morning, but none has put in appearance on behalf of appellant. It is already 1:30 P.M. Waited sufficiently. No further wait is justified. As such, the present appeal stands dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to records.
