  PRESIDENT

            The Complainant is absent. So many adjournments were granted to the Complainant to appoint the advocate. The Opposite Party and their advocate is absent.  One person Shri. Yashwant Bansode, PRO  of the Complainant is present on behalf of the Complainant.  However, he did not file any authority or resolution authorizing him to appear in this complaint on behalf of the Complainant. Many miscellaneous applications are pending for argument. The Complainant did not take any steps to proceed with those applications.  The complaint is therefore, dismissed for default of the Complainant and absence of Opposite Party with no order as to cost.
