The record is put up today.

It transpires from the record  that last date was fixed on 24/04/2017, the case was pending for awaiting order from Hon’ble National Commission. It appears from the record that the Hon’ble National Commission had been pleased to dispose of the Revision Petition No. RP/1157/2010 on 20/04/2010.

The said Revision Petition was preferred by the Decree holder and the same was dismissed.

In spite of that the Decree holder has not taken any steps since 24/04/2017 till date. It is apparent on the face of the record that the Decree holder is not interested to proceed with the execution case any further.

Hence, it is

That the execution case be and the same is dismissed for non prosecution without cost.
