Per Sri A. Hazarath Rao, President:-

          The complainant and opposite parties through their respective advocates filed joint memo as mentioned below:

“It is submitted that the amount due by the complainant to the opposite party Bank under the loan A/c No.401109010230004 is paid in full.

In view of the payment made by the complainant, the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct the complainant to approach the opposite party bank and receive the documents under proper acknowledgment.

Hence complaint may be closed accordingly”.

The complaint is disposed off with the following observations:

1. The complainant is directed to approach the opposite party for return of documents within a week from the receipt of this order.

2.     After receipt of such request the opposite party is directed to return the documents to the complainant immediately under acknowledgment.
