ORDER   (Passed on 18.03.2013)       Per Mr S M Shembole, Hon’ble Presiding Member       Mr Narendra Dhavad, Asstt. Engineer of appellant – MSEB appeared. Respondent Mr Vijay also in person is present. Respondent Mr Vijay submitted that he has already received the electric connection and he does not want to claim the amount of award. Therefore, Asstt. Engineer of the appellant submitted that he does not want to proceed with the appeal and accordingly, submitted Pursis.       Hence, the appeal is disposed for want of prosecution.   No order as to cost.   Copy of this order be furnished to the parties.
