Raj Kumar  Vs Vijay Singh

Present:-     Sh. Ram Mehta, Advocate proxy counsel for

Shj. I.S. Punia, Advocate for DH.

 

                    This case is pending for the service of JD since the case filing on 16.03.2009.  DH after availing a number of opportunities has failed to file the correct address of the JD.  In these circumstances the execution of the DH is dismissed for not compliance.  However DH is at liberty to file fresh execution if he is able to procure the correct address of the JD as per provisions of law, if so advised. File be consigned to the record room.
