Both parties states that matter has been amicably settled against payment of Rs. 58,999/- as full and final settlement. Settlement Agreement,  in this regard, has also filed on record. Complainant has already received the payment of settlement amount.

Complaint is disposed off as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
