Present complainant in person and Sh. Z. Ahmed, Counsel for OP-2 and filed compromise dated 10.02.2018 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, we direct OP-2 to exchange the old Refrigerator with a new Refrigerator without any charge/cost and with fresh warrantee in lieu of litigation charges within period of 30 days from the date of this order and the complainant stated that he is fully satisfied and no other grievance is left.

This order shall be complied with by OP-2 within a period of 30 days from the date of order failing the complainant can approach the Forum u/s 27 of the C.P. Act, 1986. The case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
