ORDER

 

 

Perusal of the record shows that complainant was lastly appeared on 18.02.2020 thereafter in spite of various directions rejoinder as well as complainant evidence not filed till date. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Commission cannot incline to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
