             Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this revision petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 27.05.2014 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Bhopal in case no.487/2013, whereby the Forum has proceeded ex-parte against the petitioner / opposite party.

              With the liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the said order, this revision is dismissed as withdrawn. 

               However, grant of liberty shall not be construed as if we have condoned the delay.
