ORDER

Present:          None for complainant.

                        Today the case is fixed for consideration on the maintainability of the present complaint. None has appeared from the complainant side. We have tried to contact the complainant over mobile no.9813408220 thrice- firstly in forenoon and secondly at 2.45 P.M. and thirdly at 2.56 P.M. but phone was not attended. Today waited till close of office. Earlier also, the complainant has not appeared before this Commission on previous date i.e. 12.02.2024 It appears that the complainant is no more interested to proceed further with the present complaint. Therefore, the present complaint stands dismissed in default due to non-appearance of complainant.

                    However, going through the complaint the facts are that the complainant has filed complaint with affidavit stating that the OP charges higher charges for photocopying  and misbehaviour with the complainant. The complainant failed to place on record any other congent or authentic document in support of his complaint. The complainant has requested to investigate in allegations and take legal action which is not in perview of this Commission. The onus lies on the complainant to to satisfy this Commission for issuing notice  to the OP which is missing in the complaint.

                        Hence, prima-facie, we think that it is not a fit case for summoning of OP by issuing notice by this Commission. Therefore, the complaint of complainant being not maintainable in the present form, deserves dismissal and hence, the same is hereby dismissed.

                        Copy of the order be supplied to complainant free of cost. File be consigned to the record-room.
