At this stage, JE Sanjay Kumar has stated vide separate statement placed on record that an estimate of Rupees 4,28,094/- has been sent for sanction by the Municipal Council to Dy. Commissioner, Hamirpur, regarding which still no sanction has been received and on receipt of such sanction the road and drain in question will be constructed.

         In view of the said statement ld. Counsel for the complainant has stated that the complaint be disposed of with liberty to file fresh. In view of the said fact the OP is directed to construct the road and drain properly on receipt of sanction of the said amount from the office of Deputy Commissioner, Hamirpur. Ld Deputy Commissioner, Hamirpur, is requested to approve the sanction of the said amount in favour of the opposite party within reasonable time so that inconvenience to the complainant may be redressed. Let certified copy of this order be issued to both the parties and one copy be also sent to ld. Deputy Commissioner, Hamirpur, for needful. However, the complainant is left at liberty to file fresh complaint in case of non compliance of this order. The complaint stands disposed of accordingly. It be consigned to the records after needful.
