ORDER

The intervener has filed an application in the present revision petition praying that petitioner be directed to supply copy of the entire pleadings of this case and also to restraint it from dispossessing him from the house in question.

No documents has been filed by the intervener to show that he is the allottee/owner of the house in question.

Hence, application of intervener is not maintainable and same is hereby dismissed.

Counsel for petitioner states that petitioner has allotted house No.2652, EWS Colony, Sector-32, Chandigarh to Shri Vijay Kumar - respondent in (RP No.1672 of 2009 - Punjab Urban Planning & Development Authority & Anr. Vs. Vijay Kumar).

It is further stated by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has also allotted house No. 3750, EWS Colony, Sector-32, Chandigarh to Shri Hari Ram - respondent in (RP No.1673 of 2009 - Punjab Urban Planning & Development Authority & Anr. Vs. Hari Ram).  Thus, both these petitions have become infructuous and the same do not survive.

In view of the above statement given by learned counsel for the petitioner, above noted both petitions stand disposed of as such.
