Lahari appeared and filed the authority letter issued by Adv. Mr. Lahari. Mr. J.C. Markandey, advocate for respondent is present. Mr. J.C. Markandey learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the execution proceeding against which this appeal is filed has already been disposed of, as appellant has fully satisfied the order of the Forum. Therefore, this appeal has become infractaous. In support of his submission he filed copy of pursis, which was filed by original complainant and copy of order passed by the executing Forum, disposing of the execution proceeding. In view of the copy of pursis filed by original complainant, informing the Forum that he has received the entire amount, etc., this appeal is disposed of. No order as to cost.
