Smt.S.M. Deshpande, Asstt. Motor Vehicle Prosecutor of the appellant/Regional Transports Office files an application for withdrawal of this appeal since appellant/Regional Transports Office is ready to comply with the order.  Hence, we pass the following order :-

1.     Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

2.     Amount deposited by the appellant be returned to the appellant/Regional Transports Office after appellant reports compliance of the order passed by the District Consumer Forum.

3.     No order as to costs.

4.     Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
