ORDER

1.      Counsel for the petitioner present.  The impugned order dated 19.03.2014, runs as follows:-

“Admit.  Register.

Issue notice to the respondents, fixing 06.05.2014.  Steps be taken within three days.

Heard on the stay application.

The operation of the impugned judgment and other dated 13.02.2014 passed by the District Forum shall remain stayed subject to the condition that the appellants shall deposit 50% of the awarded amount with the District Forum within a period of 30 days.”

 

2.      We have heard the counsel for the petitioners. She submits that the complainants are not the Consumers because this building is a shop.  The order of the State Commission is yet to come.  It is too early to state in which side the wind will blow.  This is only the admission stage.

3.      The Revision Petition is pre-mature. The same is, therefore, dismissed.  However, the State Commission is directed to expedite the matter.

4.      Copy of order be given Dasti, as prayed.
