                   On the application of the complainant, file has been taken up today.

                   On the request of the counsel for both the parties, their statement recorded separately as settlement has been arrived between the parties.  The complainant shall deliver the old fridge to the service centre of the company at Bhiwani and the OP shall pay a sum of Rs. 10,000/- through cheque to the complainant within 60 days.  Both the parties shall be bound by their statement.  The complaint of the complainant is fully satisfied in view of the statement of the parties.  Accordingly, the complaint is disposed of. File be consigned to the record room.
