JUDGMENT

Per Sri Sushil Kumar,  Member- This appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 19.3.2016 passed by the ld. District Consumer Forum, Auraiya in complaint case no.68 of 2014, Vijay Bahadur Vishwakarma vs. Union of India & ors., whereby the complaint was allowed by the ld. District Forum for Rs.25,000.00 for damages and for Rs.2,000.00 as cost of the complaint.

This appeal is challenged on the ground that the judgment and order passed by the ld. District Consumer Forum is illegal and arbitrary without taking into consideration the fact and circumstances of the case. The  complainant failed to prove the deficiency in service by the opposite parties.

We have heard the ld. Counsel for the appellants. None appeared for the respondent.

We have perused the judgment. On perusal of the judgment, it appears that the judgment and order passed by the ld. District Forum, Deoria needs no interference by this Commission. The appeal deserves to be dismissed.
