ORDER

Complaint is allowed as under: O.P. is hereby directed to issue a letter of allotment of a site measuring 30' x 40' in favour of the complainant specifying its number, area and boundaries within a period of two months to the complainant. The O.P. is further directed to mention the final price fixed by the society for such allotment and the letter should be served to the complainant by RPAD, giving him reasonable time of two months for payment of the balance amount. The O.P. is directd to give deduction of interest at the rate of 12% p.f. from the date of despoit till the date of such letter of allotment, when claiming balance amount from the complainant. The O.P. further directed to execute necessary documents at the cost of complainant and put him in actual possession of the site within one month from the dtae of full payment. If O.P. fails to deliver possession of the site, the complainant would be at liberty to approach the Forum in a fresh complaint. Parties to bear the costs. Send certified copy of this judgement and order to the complainant under COP.
