            On 14.1.2020, the complainant had sought time to amend the complaint. Thereafter the complainant never appeared in this case. She was absent on 19.02.2020, 23.11.2020, 16.12.2020, 23.12.2020, 04.03.2021, 30.03.2021, 25.10.2021, 30.03.2022 and 07.07.2022.  The matter is still at admission stage. Today again no one is present on behalf of the complainant.  It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter.  Accordingly, the complaint  is dismissed in default of appearance and non-prosecution.  File be consigned to record room.
