ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. This complaint ia allowed. The complainant is held entitled to the amount of Rs.2,580/- together with interest at 10% p.a. with effect from 9-2-99 till the date of realisation together with Rs.1,500/- as compensation for the mental and physical agony that he has suffered together with Rs.250/0 towards the costs of this proceedings including the amount of Rs.500/- paid by him towards the commissioner's fees. The respondent shall pay the amount of Rs.2,580/- together with interest at 10% p.a. with effect from 9.2.99 till the date of realisation and Rs.1,500/- as compensation for the mental and physical agony that the complainant has suffered together with Rs.750/- towards costs of this proceedings to the complainant, with in 2 months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this judgement and order, apart from bearing his own costs of this proceedings, including the amount of Rs.500/- paid by the complainant towards the commissioner's fees. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D immediately.
