1. Videocon Industries Ltd Branch office: plot no.221, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase-III, New Delhi-110020 through its Branch Manager/Authorized person.

2. Videocon Industries Ltd. Branch office: Sector-13, Main Market, Karnal through its Branch Manager.

3. M/s Ashoka Traders, shop no.7, near Vijay Gupta hospital Kunjpura Road, Karnal-132001 through its proprietor.

                     Complaint u/s 12  of the Consumer Protection Act.

ORDER:

                   The learned counsel for OPs has made a statement that complainant gave the necessary documents alongwith indemnity bond  to him and the same were accepted by me on behalf of the company. The company after settling the claim of the complainant within 45 days and claim amount of Rs.13,000/- will be deposited in the account of complainant.

                   Complainant has made a statement that in view of the statement of learned counsel of OPs, she wants to withdraw her complaint.            

                   In view of the statement of complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties are bound to their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance
