ORDER

Complaint is allowed against first three O.P.s only and dismissed against the fourth O.P. The O.P.s are directed to pay the principal sum of Rs.14990/-together with interest at 7% p.a. amouting to Rs.921/- within 2 months from the date of this order failing which the principal amount shall carry interest at 12% p.a. from the date of this order till the date of payment. The O.P.s are also directed to pay damages of Rs.2000/- to the complainant within 2 months from the date of this order. Send the copies of this order to the O.P.s 1 to 3 by RPAD and to others under COP.
