The complainant is absent  . It appears from the perusal of the record taht this complainant was filed on 24/06/2010 . thereafter the complainant has been  regularly absent except on 20/07/2010 when he was represented . this case has been coming for filling court fee since 29/11/2010, but the complainant did not file the court fee although the last chance was given on 12/02/2011. one more chance was given on 19/02/2011 and again last chance was given on 03/03/2011.

 The members perused the record and they are of the opinion that non filing of the court fee within the reasonable period shows the conduct of the complainant that he is not interested in prosecution of the case , hence the members have taken the view that this complainant must be rejected and it is accordingly rejected under sec . 12(3) of the Consumer Protection Act.
