1.Videocon Industries Ltd. Corporate Office(Marketingh & Service Support), 296, Udyog Vihar, Phase-II, Gurgaon, Haryana.

2.Ashoka Traders, Shop No.7, near Vijay Gupta Hospital, Kunjpura Road, Karnal.

3. Videocon Service Centre, Near Kali Mata Mandir Backside Sadar Bazar Police Post, Sadar Bazar, Karnal.

                   Complaint U/s 12 of the Consumer

                   Protection Act.

ORDER:

         

                    The learned counsel for the Ops has made a statement that the Ops are ready to pay Rs.16500/- to the complainant out of cost of AC i.e. Rs.22000/-  after deducting   deprecation to the extent of 25% within a period of thirty days subject to the return of old AC by the complainant. Thereafter, the complainant has also made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint. 

 2.                     Therefore,  view of the statement made by the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
