ORDER

In compliance of the order passed by this forum on 21/09/2010, the representative of the Op submitted his report and stated that they have attend the defects in the refrigerator and repaired to the satisfaction of the complainant and pointed out the endorsement to this effect made by the complainant in the report submitted. The complainant has not turned up. In view of the report, complaint is closed since the grievance of the complainant is set right.
