                The Complainant is present today before the forum to file an application that, he had filed the consumer complaint complaining of unfair trade practice and deficiency in service on the part of the O.p.S  and that after receipt of the notice the O.P.s has resolved  his grievances to his best satisfaction and that, he does not want to proceed further in the Consumer Complaint.

                We have heard the Complainant and found that the O.Ps have resolved the grievances of the Complainant out side the forum and that, it would be prejudicial and abuse of the law and valuable time of the forum perusing the case further in the present circumstances, hence, dropped.

Pronounced to day this the 22^nd February, 2018, in open forum.
