For the reasons discussed above , the complaint filed by the complainant U/s.12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 is hereby partly allowed with costs.

The Ops are jointly and severally directed to pay sum of Rs.5,000/- towards mental agony and Rs.2000/- towards costs of the proceedings.

The Ops are directed to provide the transcripts marks cards to the complainant by obtaining notarized certified copy of the same.

The OPs jointly and severally  granted 8 week time to comply the order,if they failed to comply this order , the complainant is entitled to recover  an interest @ 8 % P.A from the date of complainant till realization.
