In view of the memo filed by Complainant, this case is suo-motu advanced to this date. Both counsel present. Counsel for the Complainant filed a Memo stating that he is not pressing the complaint. The counsel for the respondent reported no objection. Hence, this complaint is dismissed as not pressed.
