2. Executive Engineer (Housing), Telangana Housing Board,

    Mahaboobnagar Division, D.No.5-84/3, Syed’s Complex, 1^st Floor,

    Yerugonda, Mahaboobnagar Town.

        This complaint  coming on before us for final hearing on this day, in the presence of Sri L.Srinivasulu, Advocate for the Complainant, and Sri N.Narsimha Reddy, Advocate for the Opposite Parties, and on perusing the material papers on record,  the Forum passed the following:

ORDER

        In view of the memo filed by the Complainant, this case is suo-motu advanced to this date.  Both counsel present.  Counsel for the Complainant filed a Memo stating that he is not pressing the complaint.  The counsel for the Opposite Parties reported no objection.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed as not pressed.
