        This complaint  coming on before us for final hearing on this day, in the presence of Sri M.Narsimha Reddy, Advocate for the Complainant,  and Sri N.Narsimha Reddy, Advocate for the Opposite Parties No.1 and 2, and  on perusing the material papers on record, the Forum passed the following:

ORDER

        I.A.No.18/2015 allowed and the C.C. is advanced from 11/02/2015 to today.  Complainant present, memo filed as not pressed the complaint.  Counsel for the Complainant identified the Complainant.  In view of the memo filed by the Complainant, the C.C. is dismissed as not pressed.
