            Ld Advocate for the OPs is present. Neither the complainants nor their Advocate is present on repeated call though today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainants. There is also no prayer on the part of the complainants for extension of time to file show cause. More so, record speaks that the complainants are absent in the commission since 08.04.2020. Therefore, we are of the view that the complainants are not interested to proceed the case anymore. Thus, the consumer case is liable to be dismissed.

Ordered
