FINAL ORDER / JUDGEMENT

Dated: 30-11-2022

The complainant case is that he along with his wife invested separately with O.P. who runs a ponzy scheme with allurement of higher returns. Both the complainants are the victims of such fraud scheme whereby the complainants are deceived of their investments which they opened in Account No.LARA98597 on 29-03-2011, Account No.LARA 739 on 25-04-2014 & Account No.DEB-MIS-LARA 2179 on 29-03-2011 for Rs.1,000/- per month, Rs.27,000/-  & Rs.56,000/- respectively. But none of the complainants received any Maturity benefits from any of the above mentioned investments in spite of their best efforts and persuasion and ultimately they took recourse to law by filing the instant case.

The O.P.s dared not to contest the case by filing any Written Version and even their attendance could not be secured despite paper publication and thus the case proceeds Ex-Parte.

                                                                                                                                                                               Contd……….p/2
