Hence,

Ordered

That the case be and the same is allowed on contest with a cost of Rs.10,000/- against the O.P.

O.P. is directed refund the entire amount of Rs.70,787/- which has been paid by the complainant on 26/12/2014 and 27/12/2014 to the O.P.

Further for adopting unfair trade practice and negligence on the part of O.P. for causing damage on the skin of the complainant O.P. to pay compensation of Rs.1,00,000/- to the complainant.

Further O.P. is directed to pay the said amount i.e. decreetalamount within one month from the date of this order to the complainant failing which O.P. shall have to pay penal interest  at the rate of Rs.300/- per day till full satisfaction of the decree and if it is collected it shall be deposited to the Forum.

For adopting unfair trade practice and for running such a business in deceitful manner and to save the patient suffered from skin disease from the hands of such establishment O.P. shall have to pay penal damages of Rs.50,000/- to this Forum within one month from the date of this order.

O.P. is further directed not treat any customer who suffers from any sort of skin disease or skin related matter and stop such business w.e.f. from this date of order and shall not advertise by any means that they are curing skin diseases.

          O.P. to comply the order within the stipulated period failing which penal action shall be started against them and for which further penalty shall imposed upon the O.P.
