ORDER

Complainant is absent kept by. Complianant and counsel are absent. No represents perused the Complainant and documents. As per the complaint, insured amount of cow is Rs.40,000/- and Opposite party has paid as Rs.25,000/- as the documents, 3 cows are insured for Rs.40,000/- and as per Veternary doctor letter, the value of the cow was left blank in proposal form and approximate value is shown at Rs.27,500/- and inspite of letter dated 29.07.2009, the Complainant has not returned the cheque protesting the settlement by claim for Rs.25,000/-. So, there is no cause of action and complainant is not -- absent the claim and insurance amount. Hence, complaint is not admitted. So rejected.
