                                      Today the case is fixed for presence of complainant as on the previous date complainant did not appear. The case is also fixed for evidence of op but today none also appeared on behalf of op. Today also complainant has not appeared. Case called several times since morning. It is already 4.30 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.30 p.m. but despite that complainant has not appeared. Further wait is not justified. It appears that complainant is not interested to pursue further with the present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non appearance and prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
