2. Verka Milk Plant, S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali (Punjab) Pin Code No. 16005, through its Manager, Marketing….

Present: Complainant in person.

Mr. Suresh Kumar, Prop. OP no. 1 in person.

None for OP no. 2.

 

                        On 17.07.2015 OP no. 1 has tendered a cheque of Rs. 2052.50/- vide bearing no. 637046 dated 17.07.2015 in compliance of order under exuectuion and stated that order under execution has been fully complied with.  Today complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that he has received a cheque of Rs. 2052.50/- vide bearing no. 637046 dated 17.07.2015 in compliance of order under execution application. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statement of the complainant, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
