- This is an appeal filed by the opposite parties against the orders of the District Forum, Mahabubnagar in CC 86 of 2012 and as the complainant died, Respondents No. 2 to 6 were impleaded as Legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.1/complainant vide orders dated 08.10.2014 In IA No. 1997 of 2016.
- Heard the Counsel for the appellants and she had filed Joint Compromise Memo submitting that the matter was settled out of Court amicably by and between the parties and the respondents 2 to 6 received an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- ( Rupees One Lakh only ) @ Rs.20,000/- each by way of demand drafts from the appellants towards full and final satisfaction and thus prayed to permit them to withdraw the appeal.
- In the above facts and circumstances, Memo is recorded and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
