This complaint coming up before us for hearing on 20-01-12 in the presence of complainant and opposite parties remained absent and set exparte, upon perusing the material on record and having stood over till this day for consideration this Forum made the following:-

O R D E R

PER SRI A. HAZARATH RAO :-             

The complainant on 11/01/12 filed memo to the following effect:

            “I filed the above case against the opposite parties.  During the pending of the above C.C.  they contacted me and gave a new cell phone of mode P350 in the place of the defective cell phone and they took back the defective cell phone and paid expenses of Rs.1500/-.

       In this connection, I agreed to with-draw my complaint filed against them.  Therefore, I request your honour, to close my complaint without cost as we are compromised out of court”

          In view of said memo the complaint is dismissed without costs as settled out of forum.
