          This complaint is coming on before us for hearing today, this commission made the following order in open court :-

          Both present. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, a joint memo of compromise has been filed signed by both the parties stating that the matter has been settled between the parties and The opposite party had given a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs only) to the complainant on the humanitarian ground by way of Demand Draft bearing No. 045445 dated 22.2.2023, the same was accepted by the complainant.

          In view of the joint memo, the complaint is disposed off.  Joint memo of compromise shall form part of the order.
