This petition is filed by the appellant seeking permission to withdraw the appeal for the reason that the parties have settled their disputes amicably, outside court.  In view of the settlement arrived at, the appellant seeks withdrawal of this appeal.  Request accepted.  This appeal is therefore dismissed as withdrawn. 

The amount of statutory deposit shall be refunded to the appellant, on proper acknowledgment.
