          This complaint is coming up before us for hearing on  17-10-2014, in the presence of complainant and Sri S.V.Ramchanderrao, Advocate for opposite party no.1 & 2, and on perusing the material papers on record, and having stood over for consideration till this day, the Forum passed the following:

          Memo filed by complainant stating that the matter is compromised out of court and requested to close the case as compromised, hence closed for C.C.

         Written and corrected by me, after correction the orders pronounced by us in the open court this the 17^th day of October, 2014.
