Sh.Ajay Shanker,Adv.counsel for the opposite parties No.3 & 4 got recorded his statement that opposite parties No.3 & 4 are ready to refund the full price value of the mobile set in question amounting to Rs.18000/- subject to return of the original job sheet, original bill alongwith the accessories in possession of the complainant or any standby mobile in possession of the complainant to the opposite party within 15 days from today. In view of the above statement, Sh.Vipanjeet Singh, complainant got recorded his statement that in view of the statement made by the counsel for the opposite parties No.3 & 4, he agreed with the same and the Hon'ble Forum may pass adequate order for the time period for compliance of the said statement.

In view of the statements of both the parties, present complaint is disposed of with directions to the complainant that he shall return the original job sheet, original bill alongwith the accessories in possession of the complainant or any standby mobile in possession of the complainant to the opposite party within 15 days from today and opposite parties No.3 & 4 are directed to refund the price value Rs.18000/- of the mobile set in question within one month from the date of receipt of the original job sheet, original bill alongwith the accessories in possession of the complainant or any standby mobile in possession of the complainant to the opposite party. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
