Sh.Gurpreet Singh, complainant got recorded his statement that he has received mobile hand set model Karbonn Titanium Dazzle 2 from the opposite parties No.2 & 3 in full and final satisfaction of my claim and he withdraws the present complaint. Sh.Iqbal Singh, Hardware Engineer of the opposite parties No.2 & 3 also got recorded his statement that they have given up the stand by mobile set model K-52 star given to the complainant on the request of the complainant. Resultantly, in view of the statement of the complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
